1. Can I hook up my own electric service?

You may not "hook up" your own electrical service. As a homeowner, landlord or responsible party for billing, you are required to provide acceptable electrical wiring and infrastructure on your premises in accordance with applicable city codes.

2. What are the required deposits for service?

Residential:
- Electric and Water: $200
- Water Only: $50

Commercial: 1.5% of the previous 12-month history, or $200 (whichever is greater).

3. What service does Altus Power provide?

Altus Power services include electric, water, garbage, and sewer services.
