📢 Utility Billing Courtesy Call Notice

The City of Altus Utility Billing Department recently sent out an automated courtesy call regarding some utility accounts.

Due to a temporary outage with our third party payment processor on February 6, 2026, some auto draft payments scheduled on or after that date may not have processed.

Some phone carriers may have labeled the call as “spam.” However, this was a legitimate automated notification from the City of Altus.

If your February payment drafted before February 6, no action is needed.
If your draft was scheduled on or after February 6, please review your account to confirm whether the payment processed.

Payment options include:
• Online at http://www.altusok.gov/doxo
• 24 hour kiosk at 509 S Main Street
• In person by cash or check
