The City of Altus, Oklahoma is seeking input from industry concerning the development of a new Extended Stay Lodging facility on City property within a Tax Increment Financing  (TIF) Zone.  A Request for Information (RFI) is posted on the City’s Procurement Page Responses to this solicitation are due on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time.  An Industry Day will be hosted in Altus on Wednesday, February 5th, which will afford attendees the opportunity to meet with City representatives about this opportunity, receive additional information about the demand for this type of development, and tour the parcel within the TIF Zone.   Interested parties should download the RFI from the City’s webpage, and may direct inquiries to the City’s representative:  Steve Bonner, Email Steve Bonner, phone: 210-387-8628
