Who Needs One?

Anyone operating temporarily within Altus City Limits—whether at events, roadside, or door-to-door—must first apply for and receive a valid license.

What’s Required?

Before applying, make sure you have:

  • A valid sales tax permit

  • All applicable state and county documentation

  • Knowledge of local ordinances
