The Jackson County Health Department recently held a successful Drive-Thru Flu Vaccine Clinic at the Jackson County Expo Center in Altus. The event provided residents with a quick and convenient way to receive their annual flu shot without ever leaving their vehicle.

Held on Tuesday, October 21, the clinic offered vaccines for individuals six months and older, including a high-dose option for those aged 65 and up. No appointments were required, making it easy for community members to protect themselves and others ahead of flu season.

The City of Altus is proud to partner with organizations like the Jackson County Health Department that promote public health and safety in our community.
